1. Conditions

These general conditions refer, pursuant to Legislative Decree 22/5/1999 n.185, to the distance sale of goods offered for sale on the eCommerce site associated with the domain name www.stringlab.it. All the goods on the site are supplied by Bortone Luigi, owner of the STRINGLAB brand and domiciled in Lusciano (Caserta) at Via De Amicis, 17 – VAT number 04199790611 and CF BRTLGU81A11F839R.

2. Essential characteristics of the goods
The goods offered on the eCommerce site www.stringlab.it are those described in the online catalog, where the name of the product and any description contain the essential characteristics of the goods.

3. Prices of goods
The prices of goods listed on www.stringlab.it are valid only for distance selling through eCommerce, this sale is to be carried out through the tools and methods of purchase provided on the site itself, and for the entire period in which they are displayed on www.stringlab.it, until their next update.

The prices of the goods are expressed in Euros, including VAT at 22%, but net of the transport cost and any charges relating to the right of cash on delivery, insurance or customs duty applicable in the country of destination.

4. Delivery

5. Insured shipping

7. Payment

8. Methods and times of delivery of goods
It will be the responsibility of StringLab to process orders as soon as possible. The timing for the fulfillment of an order varies according to the type of payment chosen, and obviously according to the availability of the ordered goods in stock. Normally the ordered goods will be delivered within 24/72 hours.

For the delivery of goods, StingLab uses the services of GLS, so the shipping conditions and delivery times shown on the website www.stringlab.it are those established by the aforementioned company. In this sense, Bortone Luigi, owner of the StringLab brand, cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of the ordered goods.

9. Right of withdrawal
Bortone Luigi, owner of the StringLab brand, guarantees the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, referring to Legislative Decree 22/05/1999, n. 185 “Implementation of Directive 97/7 / EC relating to the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts” and subsequent amendments. The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal no later than 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods ordered on the website www.stringlab.it.
This right must be exercised by sending a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to:

This communication can also be sent in advance by fax to 081.8141141 and / or by sending an e-mail to info@stringlab.it as long as it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours. The communication must contain the manifestation of the will to make use of the benefits granted by law, an indication of the goods purchased, the date on which the order was placed. The goods must be returned to the Merchant intact, in unaltered conditions and complete with the original packaging, at the Customer’s expense no later than 15 days from the Notice of withdrawal.
StringLab will re-credit the sums paid (including the first shipping costs in the case of total withdrawal from the order) within a maximum of 30 days from the date on which it is aware of the Customer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal and however not before having received the return shipment and checked the condition of the goods subject to withdrawal. The costs and risks associated with returning the products will be fully borne by the buyer. It should be noted that Community legislation provides that the right of withdrawal can be exercised only by natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. The right of withdrawal, therefore, It CANNOT be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to a commercial activity. Purchases made by resellers or by subjects who in any way purchase for resale to third parties are also excluded from the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

10. Execution of the contract
The contract will be considered concluded between the parties only upon receipt by the purchaser of the communication, sent by e-mail, of acceptance of the order by stringlab.it. In case of unavailability of the ordered goods in stock, the order can be executed within the times communicated to the buyer before the conclusion of the contract and explicitly accepted by them. All contracts concluded are intended to be completed in Italy and are subject to Italian law.

11. Guarantees
Bortone Luigi, owner of the StringLab brand, applies to each product the guarantees as required by Legislative Decree 206/05. In particular, he is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods, in the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement, or to a adequate price reduction or termination of the contract.

Shipping costs, including any import duties and taxes, are the full and exclusive responsibility of the buyer and under his direct responsibility.

12. Applicable law and competent court
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Italian State. For anything not expressly provided for in this agreement, the regulations in force apply. For all disputes that may arise in relation to this agreement, including disputes in the interpretation, effectiveness, validity and execution of the agreement, the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere will have exclusive jurisdiction. In the event that some of the provisions contained in this agreement are deemed null and / or invalid and / or ineffective, the remaining ones must in any case be considered fully valid and effective.
